Ah. I am going to be 35 and I tell you what: I hate it. I’ve noticed things about my hair and my skin that make me feel silly for caring about my skin and my hair. Though I really used to love both and so did other people-they’d always say something about the red hair.
I cut out all alcohol about mid-January and that has made a world of difference. I feel more lighthearted and energetic. I’ve lost 10 pounds. It’s probably in the dirty laundry. The older I get the longer things sit.
Overall I emotionally feel what 40 looks like but I look like 30. I physically feel like I did at 28 but I have the butt of 35.

i feel older because i am a boring old fogey and i feel much jaded and wizened by the ways of the world, or whatever. but also feel young as i feel inexperienced and hopeful. hmm…interesting question!
really i came here to say that you have like, the best skin of anyone i know!!

We’ll be there May 20-23… That’s a Thursday to Sunday, I think. Would LOVE to see you, I’ll see if my mom can babysit & Lauren & I will come down & have a night out?

Jeezy pete, Ash. If you’d asked me 6 months ago how old I felt, I think I’d probably say 30 also. But since the girls came, I have been feeling every single one of my 35 years. And I feel like my face has aged… but then that might just be the sleep deprivation.
